Burgundy 1338 is a deep wine red with a warm, slightly brownish note. The melange effect keeps the colour from looking flat: lighter and darker fibres sit side by side, giving a calmer, more wearable red than a solid shade. Marks and creases also show less on this surface.
The handle is soft and dry, the face smooth. At 220 gsm this jersey sits in the medium-weight range, so it drapes in soft folds without hanging limp. The 5% elastane gives good crosswise stretch and helps cuffs and knees keep their shape. With 95% cotton it feels comfortable against the skin, and the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification makes it a sound choice for baby clothes too.
