Delivery time
- Items in stock: Delivery time approx. 3–5 working days
- Items marked “available to order, longer delivery time”: Delivery time approx. 1 week
- Items made to order (e.g. faux leather labels): Made to order, delivery time approx. 1 week

Collection

You collect your order from our shop in Neumarkt-Woffenbach. We’ll let you know by email as soon as it’s ready for you – please wait for our message before coming by.
Payment methods
- PayPal – Pay securely with PayPal. After placing your order you will be taken to PayPal to pay.
- Pay later with PayPal – Pay in 30 days or in instalments, via PayPal; only for deliveries to Germany.
- Direct debit (SEPA) – The amount is debited from your bank account, processed by PayPal — no PayPal account needed; only for deliveries to Germany.
- Credit or debit card – Visa, Mastercard and other cards, processed securely by PayPal — no PayPal account needed.
- Klarna – Invoice, pay now or instalments – you choose at Klarna.
- Bank transfer in advance – Transfer the amount in advance; you will find our bank details in the order confirmation. We ship once payment has arrived; payment term 7 days.
