Frequently asked questions
How is the label attached?
The label is sewn on, ideally along the lasered stitch line with a strong needle and matching thread.
Is this genuine leather?
No, it is faux leather suited for laser work. It does not fray, the edges stay smooth and the engraving turns out dark and crisp.
Can I wash the label?
Yes, together with the garment. Wash gently and inside out, and avoid ironing hot directly on the label.
Can I return a personalised label?
No. Labels with your text are made to your specifications and are therefore not covered by the right of withdrawal.
