Description
A patch adds years onto a garment's life — across knees plus elbows, a mended spot often looks better than one worn thin. Iron-On Repair Patch in Light Blue belongs among such accessories.
Press without steam, working firmly; fix each corner first, since corners come away soonest. Let everything cool afterwards.
Across heavily used spots, a narrow zigzag around its border pays off — stitching holds once adhesive tires after many washes. Wash inside out; high temperatures loosen adhesive over time.
What Bügelflicken Hellblau 5,3 x 7,9 cm is suitable for
- Knees plus elbows across trousers alongside jumpers.
- Tears inside jackets plus rainwear.
- Spots worn thin, meant to hold again.

Frequently asked questions
How do I press a patch on?
Without steam, working firmly over a solid surface. Fix its corners first, since corners come away soonest. Let everything cool before moving anything.
Does a patch hold permanently?
Under ordinary wear, yes. Across knees, elbows plus anything washed often, it lasts considerably longer once its border gets edged using a narrow zigzag.
Inside, or outside?
Either works. Pressed inside it stays invisible, merely supporting; pressed outside it takes that wear itself, truly protecting your spot — across holes, outside lasts longer.
Which fabrics work?
Anything surviving iron heat: cotton, denim, sweat. Faux leather plus coated cloth suit poorly, so there stitch a patch rather than pressing one.
