This is a brushed sweat at 295 g/m²: softly raised inside, smooth outside, giving a little thanks to 5 % elastane. At 150 cm wide there is not much waste. Wash at 30 degrees, skip your iron entirely, keep it out of your tumble dryer.

What do I need to sew this?
A jersey needle and a stretch stitch; an overlocker is nice but never required. Because elastane lets this cloth give, sew without pulling, or your seams will ripple afterwards.
How should I wash this?
At 30 degrees, inside out, no bleach, no tumble dryer. That keeps your print crisp and your brushed inside soft. Hang your garment in shape to dry, so it needs hardly any smoothing afterwards.
Why can I not iron this?
That print takes no direct heat, and a brushed reverse would be crushed flat. Use steam from a distance, or hang your garment in a damp bathroom. If you must: from the back only, with a cloth between.
