A densely grown meadow: daisies, bellflowers, berries and grasses in pink, yellow, blue and green, with barely a free patch between them. That black ground shows only in the gaps, which is what makes the colours glow.

Because this pattern stands so dense there is no top or bottom — you can lay your pattern pieces wherever they waste least.

This is a French terry at 245 g/m² in 95 % cotton with 5 % elastane, smooth inside and pleasantly mid-weight. At 150 cm wide there is little waste. Wash at 30 degrees, skip your iron, keep it out of your tumble dryer.
