Description
That purple leopard fur of the Monsta range as a continuous pattern, without monsters. Which is exactly what a companion fabric is for: it supplies sleeves, back and hood beside your panel, so two motifs never compete for attention. Those spots sit black on purple, running evenly across the width.
This is a summer sweat, also called French terry, at 245 g/m² in 95 % cotton with 5 % elastane. Inside it stays smooth rather than brushed, so it wears comfortably all year round. Wash at 30 degrees; pressing, bleaching and tumble drying are ruled out by its care symbols. That elastane share lets cuffs and hems spring back after stretching.
What Summer Sweat French Terry Combo Monsta Purple is suitable for
- Sleeves and backs beside a Monsta panel, because these colours match.
- Hoodies, because this pattern carries across a large area.
- Leggings for children, because elastane lets it move along.
- Pairings with plain purple, because it picks up that ground.

Frequently asked questions
What is a companion fabric for?
For whatever your panel lacks: sleeves, back, hood, cuffs. Because companion and panel come from one range, their colours match without any long search.
How much companion fabric does a panel need?
A children's shirt usually takes half a metre extra, a hoodie nearer a whole one. Check your sewing pattern for how large sleeves and back turn out.
Which needle, which stitch?
A jersey needle plus a stretch stitch. Sew without pulling your fabric, or seams ripple once your garment lies flat again. An overlocker is nice but never required.
Should I wash before cutting?
Yes. Cotton pulls together slightly in a first wash, and since panel and companion get sewn together, both should receive the same treatment.
