Description
That big-eyed monster sits ready on this sheet, bedded into purple leopard fur. Cut your front piece so the face lands where you want it — the rest of the width supplies a back or sleeves along with it.
This is a summer sweat, also called French terry, at 245 g/m² in 95 % cotton with 5 % elastane. Inside it stays smooth rather than brushed, so it wears comfortably all year round. Wash at 30 degrees; pressing, bleaching and tumble drying are ruled out by its care symbols. That elastane share lets cuffs and hems spring back after stretching.
What Summer Sweat French Terry Panel Monsta Purple is suitable for
- Children's shirts, because this motif carries a whole front.
- Hoodies, because 245 g/m² suits between-season pieces.
- Pairings with the companion fabric in this range, because those colours agree.

Frequently asked questions
How do I cut this panel correctly?
Lay your pattern's front piece on and shift it until that face sits exactly where you want it. Only then cut — this motif exists on the sheet only once.
Is one panel enough for a whole shirt?
For a children's shirt usually yes, because at 150 cm wide there is room beside the motif for a back and sleeves. For adult sizes, add the companion fabric of this range.
Does it curl when cut?
French terry curls slightly at a cut edge. Spread it out flat and work with weights or plenty of pins, then that edge stays where it should.
Should I wash before cutting?
Yes, that pays off. Cotton pulls together slightly in a first wash — and on a panel it would be especially annoying if the motif no longer fitted afterwards.
