Without a properly digitised design, remnants peek out at the edges. Store it dry, flat and without creases. It ships singly, so you can restock exactly what you need. If you embroider regularly, keeping one of the common sizes in stock pays off.

Frequently asked questions
How do I remove the excess foam?
Peel it away carefully after stitching. Anything that resists comes out with tweezers; very small remnants disappear by themselves in the first wash. Coarse remnants are best removed before the first wash.
White or black?
Matched to your thread. The foam always shows a little at the edges, and a white rim under dark thread catches the eye at once.
Do I need a stabiliser as well?
Yes. Foam gives a design height but no hold. Stabilising remains the job of a tear-away or cut-away under your fabric. Only both together give the clean result you know from the shops.
Does the effect survive washing?
Yes, the material is washable. After several washes the effect can flatten slightly, but it does not disappear. Height is lost faster in a tumble dryer than in the wash, so air drying is better.
