Lettering on caps, logos on hoodies, outlines on bags — with Puffy they lift noticeably off the fabric. Per pack 4 sheets, each 20 cm wide and 30 cm long. This web is available in White.
Lettering and outlines gain most; for fine detail the effect is too coarse. Embroidery foam is not a stabiliser but a design tool: it lifts a design off the surface and turns lettering on a cap into what you know from the shops. Before the first design on a new fabric, a test piece with the same material pays off.
What Sulky Puffy Weiß is suitable for
- raised lettering on caps
- logos on hoodies and bags
- decorative embroidery with depth
Sewing tips

Frequently asked questions
Which fabrics does it work on?
Anything firm enough: caps, sweatshirts, bags, jackets. On very thin or stretchy fabrics the dense stitching draws the ground together. A firmer ground carries the effect considerably better.
Does the effect suit fine detail?
No. Narrow lines and small letters get no clean edge, because the foam is compressed under the stitching instead of enclosed. For fine designs flat embroidery remains the better choice.
How much material do I need?
Less than you would think. A strip covers a piece of lettering, which is why the foam comes as sheets rather than on a roll.
How do I store the sheets?
Flat and without creases. A creased spot stays visible in the material and presses through the design while stitching. The sheets are best kept flat between two pieces of card.
