Description
Adhesive patches close tears in jackets, tents and rainwear without a single stitch. The size comes to 14 cm × 6.5 cm. Inside the pack are 2 pieces. Made from 100 % polyamide.
For quick repairs on jackets, tents and rainwear it holds until a seam follows — or without any seam at all. The spot must be clean, dry and free of grease — no adhesive layer holds on dusty fabric. A test on a scrap shows whether the fabric takes the bond and whether it still feels the same after washing. Prym has made sewing notions in Stolberg for generations.

Frequently asked questions
Does the bond survive washing?
Most products are washable once fully dry. The pack states the limit; for hot washes test on a scrap first to see how the spot feels afterwards.
Which fabrics does it suit?
Wovens and knits, leather and coated fabrics. Very absorbent goods take up more, so apply sparingly there and allow longer drying. On velvet and fleece, keep the application to the reverse side.
How should it be stored?
Cool, dry and closed. Opened tubes and rolls last far longer when they are not left open in a warm sewing drawer. Tubes stored upright lose less and gum up at the cap less often.
Is it suitable for children's clothing?
Once dry there is nothing against it, unless the pack says otherwise. On babywear a seam still remains the more durable answer. As long as something still smells, it is not dry and does not belong on a child.
