Description
Mottled natural white looks like favourite knitwear: fine speckling across the light cream shade recalls untreated wool — except this fabric goes into the machine care-free. Cardigans and cuddle jumpers made of it carry handcraft charm without knitting needles. The base: brushed sweat at 245 gsm featuring a softly raised inside — winter homewear made of it hardly comes off again. The light melange agrees alongside everything, shining especially next to beige melange and mud — three nature melanges together build the perfect Scandinavian gradient. Wooden buttons set the finishing touch.

- Vor dem Zuschnitt waschen. Angerauter Sweat läuft stärker ein als Jersey
- Stretch- oder Jerseynadel in Stärke 80 bis 90, der Stoff ist dicker als Jersey.
- Overlock oder elastischer Stich. Die angeraute Innenseite fusselt an den Kanten, Schnittkanten deshalb versäubern.
- Bei mehreren Lagen, etwa an Kapuze und Taschen, Nähfußdruck verringern oder Obertransportfuß nutzen, damit nichts verschiebt.
- Säume und Abschlüsse mit Heike-Bündchen im gleichen Farbcode statt mit Umschlag, das trägt weniger auf.
- Links bügeln, niedrige Temperatur, die angeraute Seite nicht direkt bügeln.
- Fadenlauf beachten: die Dehnung läuft quer, für Hoodies und Hosen um den Körper legen.

The melange look comes of finely blended fibres, giving the surface a lively, subtly speckled depth. Garments appear less flat than in plain solids, while small sewing irregularities barely show against the gently moving surface.
How stretchy is this fabric containing 5 % elastane?
The elastane content gives this sweat a pleasant crosswise stretch without bagging out. Cuffs, hoods and sleeves keep their shape, so finished garments stay comfortable through many washes — especially important in trousers or children's clothing.
What should I keep in mind when washing?
Wash this sweat at 30 degrees inside out in a gentle cycle, without bleach, skipping the tumble dryer. Pre-wash before cutting: brushed sweat shrinks more than jersey, so allow up to 5 % shrinkage in your fabric calculation.
Is this fabric tested regarding harmful substances?
