Frequently asked questions
How long does a project take?
Many ideas are finished in one relaxed sewing session, some even in a short time. That makes the book ideal when a personal gift is needed at short notice.
Which fabrics go with it?
Mostly cotton fabrics, canvas, linen and felt, plus coated fabrics for bags. Many projects need only small pieces, so it is worth looking through your own scrap box.
Are patterns included?
Yes, the patterns come on pattern sheets inside the book. Trace the size you need and cut it out with seam allowance. That way the sheet stays intact and can be used again for other sizes.
Why are books excluded from discounts?
In Germany, books are subject to fixed book prices. The publisher sets the retail price, and every shop sells at exactly that price. That is why books are excluded from promotions and vouchers.
