From basting to sewing on: what the machine cannot reach, the hand does. Supplied as 20 pieces. Produced from steel.
Cutting the thread short and pulling it smooth threads faster than a frayed end ever will. For repairs away from home, one needle, a thread and five quiet minutes are often enough. Needles belong in dry, sorted storage; loose in a drawer they corrode and are never the one being looked for. These notions fit any sewing drawer and come to hand quickly. Prym has made sewing notions in Stolberg for generations.

Frequently asked questions
Which size should I pick?
The fine one for cotton and silk, the strong one for denim and coat fabric. An assortment in the box takes the decision away, because the right size always lies alongside.
What do I need for jersey?
A needle with a rounded point that slides between the loops instead of piercing them. An ordinary point creates small ladders that show up later.
Why do needles corrode?
Moisture and hand perspiration are enough. Dry storage and a quick wipe after work keep them bright; a filled pincushion protects further. A rusty needle belongs in the bin, because it leaves marks on fabric.
How should needles be kept?
In a wallet, a case or on a cushion — sorted, and out of reach of children. Loose needles in a drawer are usually found with a fingertip.
