Mustard is the colour accompanying nearly every autumn sewing project: warm, slightly broken and pleasantly unobtrusive. Beside brown, dark green or natural white it instantly forms that typical autumn combination pulled out year after year. This French terry sits in the middle weight, exactly right between shirt weather and winter coats. Being a broken shade, mustard takes combinations that clear yellow would struggle alongside: even next to dusky pink or petrol it works surprisingly well, never looking too loud.
