This thread shows Copper, a warm tone that glows on light ground and stays clearly readable on dark. 50 m per spool: that amount is cut for accents rather than whole designs. Colour code 36. The spool is sold singly.
This thread is meant for accents: topstitching, monograms, small embroidery — not for areas. Do not iron directly over a finished seam — the foil takes no direct heat. This small spool covers several accents. The spool belongs dust-free and upright in your box.

Frequently asked questions
Which needle do I need?
A metallic needle. Its larger eye rubs less against the wrapping, which otherwise abrades. With an ordinary embroidery needle the thread breaks far more often, especially on dense designs.
May I iron over the embroidery?
No, not directly. Metal foil takes no direct heat and turns dull. If ironing is needed, work from the reverse with a cloth between and at a low temperature.
Can I wash the piece?
Yes, at a gentle temperature. The shine survives as long as it is not washed hot or put through a dryer. For occasion wear hand washing is the safe option.
Can I sew with it on a sewing machine?
For decorative seams yes, slowly and with loosened tension. For load-bearing seams it is unsuitable: the core holds, but the wrapping abrades along the seam over time.
