Altrosa 436 presents itself as a warm, muted pink tone that feels neither too sweet nor too pale – a calm shade that pairs well with other colours in the Vanessa series. The hand feel is soft and smooth, typical for a medium-weight jersey with an elastane content.

At 220 g/m² the fabric has enough weight to stay opaque without becoming see-through, while remaining stretchy and shaping nicely to the body. The drape is soft and flowing without feeling limp – ideal for garments meant to sit close to the skin.

The surface is even and solid-coloured, without texture or pattern, making the fabric versatile for many projects. Thanks to the composition of 95% cotton and 5% elastane, the jersey stays stretchy yet durable. The residual shrinkage of 5% should be taken into account when pre-washing.
