Kupfer 713 is a warm orange with a reddish, earthy undertone – not a bright orange, but a muted autumn shade that sits well next to brown, cream and deep green. On the smooth jersey surface the colour reads full and even.

At 220 g/m² Vanessa is a medium-weight jersey: substantial enough for seams to sit neatly and for the fabric to stay opaque, yet soft and comfortable against the skin. The 5% elastane gives crosswise stretch and helps elbows and knees spring back into shape after wear.

The drape is calm with a gentle flow, never heavy. With 95% cotton the fabric stays breathable, and the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification matters especially for baby and children's clothing.

What Vanessa Kupfer is suitable for

Yes. At 220 g/m² Vanessa is a medium-weight jersey and a deep shade like Kupfer 713 covers well. For very close-fitting styles you may still prefer a slip underneath.

How much does the fabric shrink in the first wash?

Residual shrinkage is around 5%. Wash the fabric at 30 degrees before cutting so your finished garment still fits properly after its first trip through the machine.

How should the fabric be cared for?

Wash at 30 degrees, iron on a low setting, do not bleach and do not tumble dry. This keeps the depth of Kupfer 713 and the stretch from the elastane content intact.
