Burgundy Dunkel is a deep, muted red with a brownish undertone, giving it a calm, earthy character rather than a bold one. On the Vanessa cotton jersey the colour sits evenly across the fabric, with no sheen or shimmer, matching the plain, matte look of the series.

At 220 g/m² this jersey falls into the medium-weight range: it drapes softly without being see-through, and thanks to the 5% elastane content it keeps its recovery well. The hand feel is smooth, the fabric sits calmly on the body and stretches mainly across the width.

The blend of 95% cotton and 5% elastane makes the fabric pleasant against the skin while still being sturdy enough for garments worn close to the body. At 155 cm wide, even larger pattern pieces can be placed comfortably.
