Description

Soft and warm: Dark Pink belongs among the colours you keep for baby clothes and christening gowns. With 400 m on the spool and weight 40 this thread fits any embroidery machine. The colour code is 1921. The thread is wound smoothly and feeds without jerking.

For towels, bathrobes and bed linen boil resistance decides: a design keeps its colour even when washed hot. This thread is tuned to embroidery machines: evenly twisted, tear-resistant and smooth enough to pass the needle eye without friction.

Do I need stabiliser?

Almost always. Stabiliser holds your fabric steady in the hoop so a design does not distort. Tear-away suits wovens, cut-away suits stretch, water-soluble suits terry.

Can I sew with it?

For decorative seams yes, for load-bearing seams rather not. Embroidery thread is built for sheen and suppleness, not for the tensile strength a structural seam needs over years.

Is the spool sold singly?

Yes, every spool is available on its own. That lets you restock one tone instead of ordering an assortment of which half stays unused in your box.

Does this thread shed lint?

Polyester sheds hardly any lint, unlike cotton thread. Even so, dust gathers in the hook area over time. Brushing it out monthly keeps your machine clean and stitching even.
