The tone Ocean Blue belongs among the colours needed most often — jeans, shirts and bed linen are rarely without blue. 500 m at weight 100 — enough for several garments. Colour number 0821. Together with a sharp needle, stitch formation stays clean even on long seams.
Troja is an all-purpose sewing thread: it sews wovens as readily as knits, as long as a stretch stitch is set for anything elastic. Troja runs quietly through guides and needle eye. That spares your machine and keeps stitch formation even. Change your needle regularly; a blunt point drags at the thread and makes it break.

- Ober- und Unterfaden in derselben Farbe nehmen, sonst blitzt der Unterfaden an der Naht durch.
- Bei dehnbaren Stoffen einen elastischen Stich wählen — das Garn selbst dehnt sich nicht.
- Angebrochene Spulen stehend und dunkel lagern, dann bleibt die Farbe frisch.
- Farbnummer zum Projekt notieren; nach Augenmaß trifft man den Ton selten wieder.

How far does one spool go?
For a single garment it is usually enough several times over. If you plan a large project in one colour, buy two spools rather than restock mid-seam.
Why does my thread break?
Usually the thread is not at fault: a blunt needle, tension set too tight or a wrong threading path is. Change the needle first, then check the tension.
Does this thread fit every sewing machine?
In the usual domestic machines yes. The spool sits on the normal pin; with a vertical pin a felt disc underneath helps the thread feed evenly.
