Description
Blue Grey reads matter-of-fact. On marled fabrics your seam disappears into it better than into any coloured tone. This large 820 m spool copes with densely stitched areas too. Weight 40, colour code 1203. The polyester is dyed through, so this tone stays the same after many washes.
If a design needs several tones, combine within the palette: spools look coherent side by side because the material is the same. Poly Deco belongs to the glossy embroidery threads. That sheen comes from the polyester itself rather than a coating, so it is not lost in the wash.

- Für Stickmaschinen die Oberfadenspannung etwas lockerer stellen als beim Nähen.
- Als Unterfaden gehört ein dünnes Untergarn, nicht dasselbe Stickgarn.
- Die Spule so aufstecken, dass der Faden gleichmäßig abläuft — ein Fadennetz verhindert Schlaufen.
- Zu schnelles Sticken lässt den Faden reißen; bei dichten Motiven das Tempo drosseln.

Frequently asked questions
What do I do when the thread breaks?
Usually your machine runs too fast or the tension is too tight. Slow down, loosen the tension and check whether the thread catches anywhere. A net over the spool keeps the feed even.
Why does my design ripple?
Usually the stitch count is too dense or stabiliser is missing. Reduce stitch density in your software, add the right stabiliser and hoop the fabric taut but not stretched.
Is the spool sold singly?
Yes, every spool is available on its own. That lets you restock one specific tone instead of ordering a whole assortment of which you need only half.
How do I hoop the fabric properly?
Taut like a drum skin, but without stretching the cloth. Pull it and you get ripples once it comes out. On stretch material a fusible stabiliser on the reverse helps as well.
