This thread shows Dark Blue Green. On light ground your seam reads clearly, on dark it stays pleasantly restrained. This large 820 m spool copes with densely stitched areas too. Weight 40, colour code 1230. The thread is wound smoothly and feeds without jerking, which keeps stitch formation calm.

Sewing tips
- Für Stickmaschinen die Oberfadenspannung etwas lockerer stellen als beim Nähen.
- Als Unterfaden gehört ein dünnes Untergarn, nicht dasselbe Stickgarn.
- Die Spule so aufstecken, dass der Faden gleichmäßig abläuft — ein Fadennetz verhindert Schlaufen.
- Zu schnelles Sticken lässt den Faden reißen; bei dichten Motiven das Tempo drosseln.

Frequently asked questions
What do I do when the thread breaks?
Usually your machine runs too fast or the tension is too tight. Slow down, loosen the tension and check whether the thread catches anywhere. A net over the spool keeps the feed even.
How far does one spool go?
That depends on your design. A monogram needs a few metres, a densely stitched area many times more. This large spool is sized to survive several projects.
Can I sew with it normally?
For decorative seams yes, for load-bearing seams rather not. Embroidery thread is built for sheen and suppleness, not for the tensile strength a structural seam needs over years.
How should I store the spools?
Upright, dry and out of direct light. Polyester is lightfast, but dust on the thread carries lint into your machine. A closed box is the simplest answer.
